Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all packages offered through Go NC High Country:

Package rates are based upon the type of accommodations selected
. Package prices include all applicable taxes
. Package prices DO NOT include gratuities or beverage purchases. 
Packages cannot be combined with any other offers. 
All packages must be paid IN FULL at time of booking. 
You may cancel your package purchase up to ONE WEEK prior to your scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund without penalty. 
Cancellations made less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival will be accommodated less a $100 administrative fee
. All Spa and Dining reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 
Refunds are not available for any unused portion of the package
